Price lists we set in Code books – Room prices

If you want to set a new Price list, choose „Add“

Insert a 3 letters code and confirm.

It is necessary to fill everything which is marked on the picture by green colour. Then by your need – type of price which is recommended to name by number on persons. Price for breakfast is based on that.

Then you continue to Calendar. You will see a basic calendar window.

Insert a time period for price, tick „Amount“ and write the price, confirm by „Save“.Be aware in which room-type you actually are.( see the number in left upper green box!).Sgl room, Dbl room etc. - 1/1, 2/2....

Next and faster way is setting through the „Period“. Use a small symbol of yellow sun and create a new line where you insert all types of prices. Then Save.

If you have a different room categories, each of them will have an own price list.
