Automatic sending of reports by email

From HORES ReportPlace, any report can be automatically sent to any number of email addresses since version 1954. With detailed settings for interval and time of sending.

The report is sent in the settings in which it was saved to favorite reports. So you can have one report saved in several different settings (parameters) and set automatic sending for each of them. If you want to have more variants saved in this way, you need to have a different Favorite Report Name (eg: Daily report yesterday).

You can access the settings via the ReportPlace homepage > Favorite reports > Report editing.

If you no longer wish to send automatic emails, you can either delete a specific email address or completely cancel the function for the given report.

For proper functioning, sending emails from HORES must be set in the menu Other functions > Settings > Email.
