Average Daily Rate

Average daily price per room. Percentages represent the change from the same day a week ago. In the detailed chart, we compare the values against the selected time period (e.g. if 30 days is selected, we compare today with the value 30 days ago. The data can be found in reports number 2 (Daily occupancy), 12 (Monthly occupancy) or 117 (Monthly hotel statistics).
